Chardonnay
The 2014 vintage the finest, hand-selected grapes were used in the making of this wine. The grapes were gently pressed then slowly matured in French Oak barrels, to produce a rich and creamy Chardonnay with white flower aromas and well integrated peach, grilled citrus, vanilla, nutty oak, and buttery characteristics.
On the palate is a complex and layered flavour, starting with elegant and fresh nectarine stone fruits and following with pleasant mid-palate creaminess, lengthening to a citric grapefruit finish.
This wine will continue to develop favourably through 2016 and 2017 and will integrate over this time and gain in richness and complexity through to 2020 and will only improve with cellaring.
